RESOLUTION NO. 91-73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITCLAIM OF A FIRE DEPARTMENT
TU RN-AROU ND EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, Glen Duggins has submitted a request for the quitclaim of
Department turn-around easement over a portion of Lot 3 of Parcel Map 14001 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
public interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a Fire Department turn-around easernen
a portion of Lot 3 of Parcel Map No. 14001 to Glen Duggins which is on file with the City
and is incorporated by this reference; is approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is h
authorized to release the original Quitclaim Deed to Glen Duggins to be recorded in the
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cc
held on the 5th day (of March , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nyg
