RESOLUTION NO. 91-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAF
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR LOCAL FA
MANAGEMENT ZONE 18.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on the 5th day
March , 1991 , hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consic
request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testiml
arguments, examining the initial study, analyzing the information submitted by st
considering any written comments received, the City Council considered all fac
relating to the Negative Declaration including Planning Commission Resolution N
ganting Planning Commission approval of said Negative Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the City Council of the CiQ
Carlsbad, California as follows:

2) That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Dire(
September 27, 1990 was prepared in compliance with the C
Environmental Quality Act and Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal (
That there is no substantial evidence that the project as condition
have a significant effect on the environment.
That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad incorporates into this re:
Planing Commission Resolution No. 31 75 including findings co
therein.
That the above recitations are true and correct.
