A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLS6AD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR A CHIP/DUMP
TRUCK
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of L
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Lakeside Chevrolet, Box "E", Sun City CA 92381, i!
accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Or&
purchase of a chip/dump truck in the amount of $44,940.00 including tax.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council o
of Carlsbad on the1Lhday of March , 1991, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Nygaard and Staz
