A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE WATER
METER REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C

1, That the bid of J, J, Merrill Inc,, P,O, Box 360, Glendora CA 91740 it
accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Ordc
to J. J. Merrill Plumbing, Inc. for the Water Meter Replacement Program in the amount of
