RESOLUTION NO. 91-100
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR SETTLEMENT OF THE
LAWSUIT ENTITLED LANGOWSKI V. CITY OF
CARLSBAD CASE NO. 86880
WHEREAS, on recommendation of the City Attorney t
City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California has determ
that a settlement in the case entitled Langowski v. City of
Carlsbad is in the public interest: and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds available in
liability self-insurance reserve account to pay the settlen
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corrc
2. That the Release and Satisfaction is hereby
approved.
3. That the City Council approves the settlement
authorizes disbursement of $11,390 from the liability self-
insurance reserve account for Lansowski v. City of Carlsbac
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meetin<
1 the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd
of April , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Nygaard a
