RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENCINA SHORT TERM CAPACITY
MANAGEMENT POLICY AND FLOW METERING MAINTENANCE AND
OPERATION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is pa3 to the Encina Joint Powers
Agreement entered into on July 13, 1961 for the acquisition, construction, ownc
operation and maintenance of the Encina Joint Sewer System; and
WHEREAS, the Encina Basic Agreement requires member agency approval
Short Term Capacity Management Policy and the Flow Metering Maintenanc
Operation Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to approve saic
and agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C:
