RESOLUTION NO. 91-105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY COUNCIL APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LEO CARRILLO RANCH STRUCTURAL STABILIZATION, PROJECT NO. 3306
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public inter
perform the construction of the Leo Carrillo Ranch Stru
Stabilization; and
WHEREAS , plans, specifications and contract documei
the furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equi
transportation, and other expenses necessary or incidental fc
project, Project No. 3306, have been prepared and are on f
the Municipal Projects Department of the City of Carlsbad e
incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council

hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in acco
with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for construct
the Leo Carrillo Ranch Structural Stabilization, Project No.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of April
by the following vote, to wit:
