A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND RECON
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS); AND THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AND LYON COMMUNITIES, INC, FOR
CONSULTING SERVICES TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER
PLAN.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califor
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreements between the City
Carlsbad and RECON (Regional Environmental Consultants); and
City of Carlsbad and Lyon Communities, Inc., for consul
services to prepare an Environmental Impact Report for
Calavera Hills Master Plan, copies of which are on file in
office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by refere
are hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is he
authorized and directed to execute said agreements for an(
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetinc
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on thc
9th day of April , 1991.
