RESOLUTION NO. gl-l10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
TWELVE-HUNDRED DOLLAR DONATION FROM THE
HERRICK CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the Herrick Corporation has donated twelve hundred ($1200:
dollars to the City of Carlsbad in support of a Youth Recreation Program; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has received this
donation and Parks and Recreation Commission recommends acceptance by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the generosity of the Herrick
Corporation and wishes to accept this donation in support of Youth Special
Events.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of th
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of twelve hundred
($1200) dollars in support of Youth Special Events, and

#880-519-9210-0000.
PASSED, APPROVEDJ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of Carlsbad on the Ehof April
