RESOLUTION NO. 91-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME TO BE READY TO CONNECT TO UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
SYSTEM IN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 11
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1990, the City Council of the Ci
Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 90-150 establishing Under(
Utility District No. 11; and
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.030 of City Code requires that prc
owners be notified of the time to be ready to connect t
underground system by subsequent resolution; and
WHEREAS, the underground system is to be completed by Ju
1991, and overhead poles are to be removed by July 15, 1991
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the date on which affected property owners m
ready to connect to underground service is May 10, 1991.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution be recor
the County Recorder's Office and also mailed to each af
property owner.
