RESOLUTION NO. 91-117
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT NO. U/M 91-3 FOR THE 1990191 CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWAGK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of
Carlsbad, California, for the 1990-91 Curb, Gutter and
Sidewalk Replacement Program;
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the
project was submitted by JHP Construction of Oceanside, in
the amount of $89,598.00; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-
820-5111-2411 for the project.
NOW, THEREFOREf BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $89,598.00 by JHP Construction of
Oceanside, for the 1990-91 Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk
Replacement Program, Contract No. U/M 91-3, is hereby
accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a contract therefore.
