RESOLUTION NO. 91-122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
ONE MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
UNDERGROUND UTILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the term of Gordon Baker expired on December 31, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a membc
Underground Utility Advisory Committee, for a term to expire December 31, 19
Gordon Baker
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carls
Council held on the 16th date of April , 1991, by the following vote, to
