RESOLUTION NO. 91-130
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PREVIOUSLY
REJECTED OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR STREET
EASEMENT PURPOSES PR 3.4.93
WHEREAS, in order to satisfy a condition of approval of MS 803 the owner, Tim
Royalty is requesting that a one (1) foot strip of land previously offered for dedication on
Map No. 5524 and not accepted by the City, now be accepted.
WHEREAS, the Ciiy Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the
pubic interest to accept said one (1) foot strip of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
2. That the previous offer of dedication of a one (1) foot strip of land on Map
No. 5524, Holly Brae Estates, and not accepted by the City at the time of recording is
now accepted.

3. That the City Clerk is authorized to file a certificate of acceptance of the
one (1) foot strip of land in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State
of California, for recordation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 23rd day of April , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson & Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Stanton
