A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
EXPENDITURE; OF FUNDS FOR SETTLEMENT OF THE LAWSUIT ENTITLED KELLY V. CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO. N45613 WHEREAS, on recommendation of the City Attorney th
