A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN AGREEMENTS TO RECEIVE STATE-LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS
WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution No.
authorizing the City Engineer to make application to CALTR
