RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE
RESULTS OF A "MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILI-
TIES ACT OF 19a2" SPECIAL TAX AND BOND
AUTHORIZATION ELECTION
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CARL
CALIFORNIAl (hereinafter referred to as the "legislative be
