RESOLUTION NO. 91-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAE
CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS WITHIN THE 13TH YEAR CDE
URBAN COUNTY SANTA FE DEPOT PUBLIC REST ROOMS PROJECT g
THE 13TH YEAR CDBG URBAN COUNTY PAINT-A-THON PROGRAM
WHEREAS, $10,000 from the 13th year Community Developmer
Block Grant Urban County program have been received a1
approved for the Paint-A-Thon Program; and
WHEREAS, an additional $5,000 from the Communi1
Development Block Grant Entitlement program have been receivc
and approved for the Paint-A-Thon Program; and
WHEREAS, all funds allocated to the Paint-A-Thon Progri
have now been spent; and
WHEREAS, there is still citizen interest in the Paint-,
Thon Program; and
WHEREAS, there is $1,617 available in the 13th Ye,
Community Development Block Grant Urban County Santa Fe Dep
Public Rest Rooms account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Ci
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the amount of $1,617 be hereby transferr
within the 13th Year Community Development Block Grant San
Fe Depot Public Rest Rooms account (391-840-1890-3737)
Account No. 391-840-1890-3735 to allow the continuance of t
Paint-A-Thon Program.
