RESOLUTION NO. 91-159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAl
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILE
WHEREAS, maintaining all obsolete files, correspondenc
and papers is uneconomical; and
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit A, attacht
hereto, have been reviewed by the Housing and Redevelopmer
Director; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Direct0
recommends that all documents listed on Exhibit A are n
longer required, and meet the requirements of the U.S
Department of Housing and Urban Development and Governmen
Code Section 340490 for destruction; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the
destruction of these documents listed on Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Cit!
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Housing and Redevelopment Director is
hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Exhibit
A, attached hereto.
