A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITYOF VISTATO PREPARE CONGREGATE
AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as folk
1. That the bid of City of Vista, P.O. Box 1988, Vista CA 92085 is he
accepted for the period of one year beginning July 1, 1991, with the option to rene\
three (3) additional one (1) year periods with the cost per meal not to exceed 30% c
cumulative total of all the option periods in effect at the end of the initial agreemen
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the
