RESOLUTION NO. 91-164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE PRIORITY
LISTING CONTAINED IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
SIDEWALK INVENTORY REPORT, FEBRUARY 1991.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad recognizes that it is impor
to the citizens of Carlsbad to promote safe pedestrian use of streets and sidewalks;
WHEREAS, pedestrian safety can be enhanced by a network of sidewalks to v
upon; and
WHEREAS, a methodology to prioritize needed sidewalk locations for construci
purposes is necessary; and
WHEREAS, an annual listing of sidewalks to be constructed will help facilil
construction of priority sidewalk locations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby establishes the prio
listing contained in the City of Carlsbad Sidewalk Inventory Report, February 1991 as 1
basis for future sidewalk construction.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
Council held on the 4th day of June, 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
