A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAEUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT FOR THE 1991 GROWTH MANAGEMENT
PLAN TRAFFIC MONITORING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad previously solic
proposals from qualified consulting traffic engineering firms to perform the tri
monitoring program of the Growth Management Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby finds it necess
desirable and in the public interest to extend the consultant agreement with JH
Associates of San Diego, California to provide services for said project; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has previously collected Traffic Impact Fees to f
said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct,
2. That one-half of the services ($18,979) will be charged to the So
Carlsbad Growth Management Plan Traffic Monitoring Program (31 1-820-1840-3316) i
one-half to the North Carlsbad Growth Management Plan Traffic Monitoring Pro@
(312-820-1840-3316), for a total agreement amount of $37,958.
3. That the consultant agreement with JHK & Associates is hereby appro
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said

agreement. Following the Mayor's signature of said agreement, the City Clerk is fur
authorized and directed to forward a copy of said agreement and this Resolution to I
& Associates, Attn: William R. Redly, 8989 Rio San Diego Drive, Suite 335, San Dit
California 92108.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad (
Council held on the 11th day of June , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
