A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD SISTER CITY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Joe Eggleston has resigned as a member of the Sister City Con
