RESOLUTION NO. 91-183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR PROJECT NO. 3367 TO CONSTRUCT STREET LIGHTS ON CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS
WHEREAS, a bid has been received by the City of Carlst:
California from Mac0 Services in the amount of $48,500; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to expedite
installation of the new street lights before the old lights
removed; and
WHEREAS, references have been checked on Mac0 Servi
and found to be acceptable; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $85,000 are available
Account No. 300-820-1890-3367.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. The bid of $48,500 by Mac0 Services, Sant
California, for Project No. 3367, is hereby accepted and the Ma]

Carlsbad City Council held on the 18th day of June , 1s
