RESOLUTION NO. 91-184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
HOME PLANT PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAIN,
PROJECT NO. 3299
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public interes
construct the Home Plant Pump Station and Force Main project;
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishin
all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and o
expenses necessary or incidental for said project , Contract
3299, have been prepared and are on file in the Municipal Proj
Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated
reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls
California, has previously appropriated funds for this projec
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

documents as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbac
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accord
with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the construct

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
