A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR
THE SEWER MAIN TV INSPECTION REPORT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of lnsituform Southwest, 718 S. Primrose Avenue, Monrovii
91016, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to exec
Purchase Order to lnsituform Southwest for the sewer main N inspection project in the ai
of $37,207.08 from Account No. 51 1-820-61 10-2479.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of tt
of Carlsbad on the2zhday of June , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, and Stanton
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaard
