RESOLUTION NO. 9 1-206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH BOYLE ENGINEERING CORPORATION FOR THE DESIGN OF THE POINSETTIA LANE/INTERSTATE 5 INTERCHANGE, PROJECT NO. 3269
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public interes
proceed with the improvements to the Poinsettia Lane and Inters
5 interchange, Project No. 3269; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously entered int
agreement with Boyle Engineering Corporation, for the Phase I
associated with this project; and
WHEREAS, a scope of work has been prepared by City
fee schedule has been prepared by Boyle Engineering Corporatior
said project; and
WHEREAS, a consultant agreement for the design of
project is submitted herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a consultant agreement with Boyle Enginee
Corporation, for the design of the Poinsettia Lane and Inters
5 interchange, Project No. 3269, is hereby approved and the M
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
agreement. That following the Mayor’s signature of said agree
copies shall be forwarded to the Municipal Projects Department
