RESOLUTION NO. 91-211
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO
CONDITION NO. 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-274
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1990 the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resol
No. 3023 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Tract Map CT 89-1 8 be apprc
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on August 7, 1990 held a
noticed public hearing to consider the recommendation and heard all persons desiring
heard; and
WHEREAS, after considering all factors relating to Tentative Tract Map CT 89-1
City Council did adopt Resolution No. 90-274 approving with conditions said Tentative
Map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered a request to extend Condition Nc
Resolution No. 90-274;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the C
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
