RESOLUTION NO. 91-215
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALGA
ROAD/POINSElTIA LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO.
3305, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 88-1 PHASE 2, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of Alga Road/Poinsettia Lane Assessment District Nc
Phase 2 improvements, Project No. 3305, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, project costs as of June 28, 1991 have been established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the construction of Alga Road/Poinsettia Lane Street Improvements, Assei
District No. 88-1 Phase 2, Project No. 3305, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authorized to c 3.
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 9th day of July , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
