RESOLUTION NO. 91-218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAl N
FURNISHINGS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF SAID FURNISHINGS TO THE CARLSBAD
SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
furnishings are surplus; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to transfer these furnishings
Carlsbad School District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the items listed in Exhibit "A" be declared surplus.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to t
