RESOLUTION NO. 91-219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLS
CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE 1991/92 FISCAL YEAR OPERATING BUDGE
THE ENCINA ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY
WHEREAS, The City of Carlsbad is a member agency to the Encina Joint PC
Basic Agreement entered into on July 13, 1991 for the acquisition, construc
ownership, operation and maintenance of the Encina Joint Sewer System; and
WHEREAS, the Encina Basic Agreement requires approval for the budget (
Encina Administrative Agency (EAA) by the member agencies following
recommendation of the Joint Advisory Committee (JAC); and
WHEREAS, the JAC thereafter approved the Fiscal Year 1991 /92 Budget c
EAA on May 22,1991 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to approvc
operating portion of said budget and provide for payment of its share to the expen$
accordance with the allocation provided in the Basic Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
as follows:
Section 1 : That the Fiscal Year 1991/92 budget of the EM, as approved IC
JAC on May 22,1991 in the amount of Twenty One Million, Eight Hundred Five Tho1
Six Hundred Dollars ($21,805,600) is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the City of Carlsbad’s share of the EAA operating budget i:
Million, Twenty Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Eight Dollars ($2,029,208).
Section 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized to make payments on t
of this agency to the EAA in accordance with the budget approved by JAC a
accordance with the Encina Basic Agreement.

Section 4: This resolution shall be forwarded to the EAA immediately ul
execution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbc
Council held on the 9th day of July , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
