RESOLUTION NO. 9 1- 227
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE SERRA COOPERATIVE LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member of the Serra Cooperative
Library System; and
WHEREAS, the Serra Cooperative Library System Advisory Board was
established pursuant to the California Library Services Act, which provides that th
governing body of each member jurisdiction of the Cooperative Library System sb
appoint one member to the Advisory Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That Milt Cooper is hereby reappointed to the Serra Cooperative
Library System for a two-year term.
