RESOLUTION NO. 91-232
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR
PREPARATION OF A MASTER STORM DRAINAGE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has previl
approved an agreement with Fraser Engineering, Inc.1 Cooper Engineering, Asso
preparation of a Master Storm Drainage Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary to supplement that agreeme
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the supplemental agreement with Fraser Engineering, Inc./Cc
Engineering, Assoc. a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is hereby apprc
3. That the Community Development Director is hereby authorized to execut
supplemental agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 16thday of July , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:

Stanton

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES FOR MASTER STORM DRAINAGE PIAN
This supplement to the agreement with Fraser Engineering, 1nc.l Cooper Engineering,
Assoc. dated June 7, 1988 amends Sections 1 CONSULTANT'S OBLIGATIONS and Section 4
FEES TO BE PAID TO CONSULTANT as follows:

111. ADDITIONAL SERVICES (REQUIRED BY THE CITY)
A. Final revisions to Hydrology Calculations and Maps per City Comments and Plan
Check Review Sheet (ED 18.25):
1. Revise 1000 - Scale Plans to Remove the Storm Drain Lines that will be
constructed with proposed developments.
2, Revise sedimentation basins to reflect revised criteria,
3. Complete Stormwater Quality Issues Analysis and Report to reflect the permit
requirements approved by the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board on July 16,1990.
