RESOLUTION NO. 91-234
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALI
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SE
AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL BRANDMAN ASSOCIATES AND PROVIDING I
FUNDING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has authorized staff to i
planning effort focused on wildlife habitat within the City; and
WHEREAS, an essential component of that planning effort involves the assis
a biological consultant; and
WHEREAS, by means of an objective selection process, the firm of Michael BI
Associates (MBA) has been selected as the most qualified consultant to perform th
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
