RESOLUTION NO. 91-242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FUNDS APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE GRAND AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT
NOS. 3254, 3273, 3277, 3278, AND 3283
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public intere
construct traffic signal and sidewalk improvements; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishi
all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and
expenses necessary or incidental for said projects, Project
3254, 3273, 3277, 3278, and 3283 have been prepared and are on
with Municipal Projects and are incorporated by reference he

City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

$11,200 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General
and a subsequent transfer to the General Capital Construction 1
Project Account No. 3254, to enable the construction of
improvements to Roosevelt Street as identified in the project I
and specifications.
