RESOLUTION NO. 91-255
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF TITLE 11, CHAPTER 11.06 TO ESTABLISH PROCEDURES AND
STANDARDS FOR INFILL GRADING
WHEREAS, the Planning Director of the City of Carlsb'
California has issued a Negative Declaration for the amendment
Title 11, Chapter 11.06 to establish procedures and standards
infill grading; and
WHEREAS, The Negative Declaration was submitted to
State Clearinghouse and went through a 30 day public review per
during which no comments or objections were made to the Negat
Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb
California, is satisfied that the project is in full complia
with the California Environmental Quality Act and the Carls
Environmental Protection Ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the C
