RESOLUTION NO. -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR INFILL GRADING PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City Council has amended Title 11, Chap.
11.06 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code to establish the procedu,
and standards for infill grading; and
WHEREAS, staff time will be involved in implementing .
procedures for issuing infill grading permits and process
applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
