RESOLUTION NO. 91-261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE LEO CARRILLO RANCH STRUCTURAL STABILIZATION, PROJECT NO. 3306
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has prev
authorized the advertisement of bids for the construction of the Leo Ca
Ranch Structural Stabilization, Project No. 3306; and
WHEREAS, two (2) sealed bids were received on July 25, 1991, fc
project; and
WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidders havc
reviewed in detail and the City Council does hereby find that the
responsive, responsible bid received for the construction of said proje
submitted by Eagle Restorations and Builders, Incorporated, in the amo
$298,254.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the bid in the amount of $298,254.00 is hereby ac
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to e
a contract thereafter.

construction change orders up to a cumulative total of $29,825.00
