RESOLUTION NO. 91-264
A RESOLUTION OF THE CJTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROPRIATING THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad provides residential curbside recycling
service; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has been awarded a County of San Diego
Technical Assistance Grant in the amount of $65,000, for its recycling program; and
WHEREAS, the grant specifications require the funds to be used for the
purchase of recycling containers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Technical Assistance Program funds shall be appropriated for
the purchase of recycling containers for the City of Carlsbad curbside
recycling program.
