RESOLUTION NO. 91-265
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
MALDONADO GARDENS
WHEREAS, David Maldonado, Owner-Developer, has submitted a final map kn
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 89-14
as Carlsbad Tract 89-14 Maldonado Gardens to the City of Carlsbad for approval;
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract 89-14 with conditions,
approved by the Planning Commission on October 18, 1989 pursuant to Resoh
Numbers 2930 and 2931 ; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been compl
and/or secured; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said final map substan
conforms with the approved tentative map as conditioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be ir
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 89-14 Maldonado Gar
from David Maldonado which is on file in Engineering and is incorporated here
reference, is accepted.

3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Calif
with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
4. That the city Clerk is authorized to release the map to Continental La1
Title Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbac
Council held on the 20thday of August, 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
