RESOLUTION NO. 91-266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES.
WHEREAS, maintaining all obsolete files, correspondence
and papers is uneconomical; and
WHEREAS, the documents listed in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made part of, have been reviewed by the Housing and
Redevelopment Director; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Director
recommends that all documents listed on Exhibit A are nc
longer required, and meet the requirements of sectior
85.42(b) (1) of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urbar
Development (HUD) rules and regulations, and Government Cod€
Section 340490 for destruction; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to thc
destruction of these documents listed on Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Citj
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Housing and Redevelopment Director is
hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Exhibil
A, attached hereto.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Coun-cil of the City of Carlsbad, California held on
the 20th day of August , 1991, by the following vote, to
