RESOLUTION NO. 91-268
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN 88-3(A) FOR A 1,080 SQUARE FOOT DELICATESSEN ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE CAR COUNTRY EXPANSION SOUTH OF CANNON ROAD, EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE. APPLICANT: CAR COUNTRY PLAZA DELI CASE NO: SP 19(E)/SDP 88-3(A)
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1991 the Carlsbad Planning Commis
held a duly noticed public hearing to consider a Specific
amendment 19(E) and Site Development Plan 88-3(A) for a 1
square foot delicatessen project and adopted Resolutions Nos.
and 3221 respectively, recommending to the City Council that
be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
August 6, 1991 held a public hearing to consider
recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opposc
SDP 88-3(A); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined that
amendment is in prior compliance because the environmental efi
of the use have already been considered with the Negz
Declaration issued on August 5, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correcl
2. That the findings of the Planning Commii
contained in Resolution No. 3221 are the findings of the
Council.
