RESOLUTION NO. 91-270
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-3 TO PROVIDE FOUR-YEAR TERMS FOR
MEMBERS OF THE CARLSBAD SISTER CITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the city council has determined that tt
lengths for the city's boards, commissions and committees shoi
be consistent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correc
2. That Resolution No. 90-3 is amended by I
addition of Section 15 to read as follows:
"Members appointed to the committee after the effective date of this resolution shall serve four-year terms."
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on thc
20th day of August, 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and
NOES: None
