RESOLUTION NO. 91-278
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD WHALE WATCH FENCE REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 3355
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determir
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct the Car
Boulevard Whale Watch Fence Replacement; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all 1
material, tools, equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessa'
incidental far said project, Project No. 3355, have been prepared and are or
in the Municipal Projects Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorpo
by reference herein; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are h
approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is k
