A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNTA, AMENDING
THE FISCAL YEAR 1-1-92 SOLID WASTE
ENTERPRISE FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council is responsible for the provision of solid waste
management services to promote the safety, health and general welfare of its
citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad adopted a Solid Waste Enterprise fund
Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92;
WHEREAS, on August 6,1991, the City Council approved the establishment
of an additional revenue source for the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the amended Fiscal Year 1991 -92
Solid Waste Enterprise Fund Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:

2. That the amended Fiscal Year 1991-92 Solid Waste
Enterprise Fund Budget attached hereto as Attachment
A is hereby approved.
