RESOLUTION NO. 91-285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES
WHEREAS, maintaining obsolete files, correspondence and other F
is uneconomical; and
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides for destr
of certain records; and
WHEREAS, the documents listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and
a part hereof, have been reviewed by the Purchasing Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Officer recommends that all document:
in hhibit "A" are no longer required and meet the requirements of Governmeni
Section 34090 for destruction; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the destruction
documents listed in Exhibit "A1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, as follows: I

That the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to destr
