RESOLUTION NO. 91-290
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
THE FAIRWAYS
WHEREAS, the Fieldstone CompanyILa Costa Associates Limited Partnersh
limited partnership, has submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-23 -
Fairways to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 90-23
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract 90-23 with conditions,
approved by the Planning Commission on October 3, 1990 pursuant to Resolul
Number 301 7, 301 8, 301 9 and 3020; and
WHEREAS, City Council approved Planning Commission Resolutions Nul
301 7, 301 8, 301 9 and 3020 at its meeting of January 18, 1991 pursuant to Resolutioi
91-7; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been comp
and/or secured; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said final map substar
conforms with the approved tentative map as conditioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be ii
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl!
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-23 The Fairways fro
Fieldstone Company which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated hert
reference, is accepted.

3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Califor
with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First American
Insurance Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 3rd day of September1991 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton a
Nygaard
NOES: None
