RESOLUTION NO. 91 -397
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING PLAN FOR
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 7.
WHEREAS, Section 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code requires the prepar:
a Local Facilities Management Plan as a prerequisite to development within specifie
Facilities Management Zones; and
WHEREAS, said Local Facilities Management Plans must contain a plan for fi
the public facilities required to serve development within the Local Facilities Mana
Zone; and
WHEREAS, certain Local Facilities Management Plans, including the plan for
have been adopted by the City Council on condition that they prepare and su
acceptable Financing Plan prior to recordation of any final map of issuance of any
permit or building permit within the zone; and
WHEREAS, Lyon Communities, the major property owner within Local I
Management Zone 7 has prepared and submitted a Financing Plan which meets i
requirements of Section 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, and staff reco
approval of the Financing Plan as submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C I
California, as follows:

approved as submitted.
