RESOLUTION NO. 91-294
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS KEPT BY THE
CITY ATTORNEY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves:
1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government
the City Attorney is authorized to destroy the following rec
a. Records of claims over two years old.
b. Records of prosecutions for codeviolations
two years old.
c. Records of closed files over two years 01
2. This resolution shall not authorize the destru
of any record which the City Attorney deems is necessary fo
ongoing or current activity of the office of the City Attorn
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meetj
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th day of
1991, by the following vote, to wit:
