RESOLUTION NO. 91-295
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARKING LOT
IMPROVEMENTS AT ELM AVENUE AND ROOSEVELT STREET,
PROJECT NO. 3291, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of parking lot improvements at the corner of Elm Avei
Roosevelt Street, Project No. 3291, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C;
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That construction of the Elm Avenue/Roosevelt Street Parking Lot Improv(
specifically identified as Project No. 3291, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authorized to 1
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and directed 1
the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the l&hday of September , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton, and Nygaarc
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
