RESOLUTION NO. 91-296
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION
OF THE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON JAMES
DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 3224, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of the James Drive Storm Drain, Project No. 3224, has
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That construction of the James Drive Storm Drain, specifically identified as I
No. 3224, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authorized to €
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized to close the
accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the EUay of September , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
